META-CARE® Schlaf ruhig combines melatonin with selected plant extracts from Withania root (Ashwagandha), passion flower, lemon balm, hops, and saffron. The formula is complemented by zinc.

This combination was developed for consumption shortly before bedtime.

What is the product for?

META-CARE® Schlaf ruhig is intended for people who find it difficult to unwind in the evening or who want support in falling asleep.

Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. One capsule provides the recommended amount for this purpose.

The included plant extracts from passion flower, lemon balm, hops, Withania, and saffron complement the formula for evening use.

Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for Use and Recommended Intake

Take 1 capsule once a day, whole with some liquid, shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients / Components

Withania root extract, passion flower extract, lemon balm leaf extract, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; zinc gluconate, hop flower extract, saffron extract, melatonin.

Side Effects / Tolerance

If you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.

Melatonin can cause drowsiness. After consumption, do not drive vehicles or operate machinery if your attention is impaired.
