Product Description

META-CARE® Osteo Fit combines important nutrients for bones and teeth. The formula contains plant-based calcium from red algae (Lithothamnium calcareum) as well as calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and boron.

Vitamin D supports the absorption and utilization of calcium, thus complementing the mineral combination.

What is the product for?

META-CARE® Osteo Fit is intended for the targeted supply of important minerals and vitamins to bones and teeth. The product is particularly suitable for increased calcium and magnesium requirements, for example during growth or intense physical activity.

Calcium and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal bones and contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Calcium and magnesium also support normal energy metabolism.

Application and Recommended Dosage

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day, unchewed, after meals with some liquid.

Ingredients

Magnesium citrate, red algae calcium, calcium citrate, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; sodium borate, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Side Effects / Tolerance

The product should not be taken in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

If anticoagulant medications are being taken simultaneously, medical consultation is required due to the vitamin K content.

Important Information

• During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consultation with the attending physician is recommended due to the boron content.

• If taking anticoagulants (blood thinners), consult a doctor before use.

• The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
