Product Description

META-CARE® Iron combines plant-based iron from curry leaf with highly available iron bisglycinate. The formula is supplemented with natural vitamin C from acerola, as well as folate and vitamin B12.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption and thus supports the availability of the supplied iron.

What is the product for?

META-CARE® Iron is intended for targeted iron supply and is particularly suitable for increased iron requirements.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to normal oxygen transport in the body. Iron also supports normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Folate supports normal blood formation. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Application and Recommended Intake

Take 1 capsule once daily with sufficient liquid.

In case of increased need, an additional capsule can be taken, according to the manufacturer.

For optimal absorption, it is recommended to take it about 30–60 minutes before a meal.

Ingredients / Components

Curry leaf extract, filler: rice starch; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; acerola fruit extract, iron bisglycinate, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt, methylcobalamin.

Side Effects / Tolerance

Iron preparations can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, especially in sensitive individuals.

If you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
