Product Description

META-CARE® B-Complex combines all 8 B vitamins with phosphatidylserine, inositol, and choline. The B vitamins included are partly in biologically active forms such as riboflavin-5-phosphate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, and methylcobalamin.

Phosphatidylserine is a natural component of cell membranes and is found, among other places, in nerve tissue.

What is the product for?

META-CARE® B-Complex is intended for the targeted supply of all 8 B vitamins and is particularly suitable during times of increased physical or mental stress.

Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Thiamine, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, biotin, and folate support normal psychological function. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Application and Recommended Dosage

Take 1 capsule once daily, whole, with a meal and some liquid.

Corn starch, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; thiamine mononitrate, myo-inositol, nicotinamide, sunflower lecithin, choline bitartrate, sodium riboflavin-5-phosphate, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, manganese gluconate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine, methylcobalamin, D-biotin.
