Product Description

META-CARE® Griffonia Plus combines a high-quality extract from the seeds of the African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) with Rhodiola rosea.

Griffonia seeds are a natural source of the amino acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). 5-HTP serves as a precursor for the body's production of the neurotransmitter serotonin.

META-CARE® Griffonia Plus is intended for the targeted intake of Griffonia or 5-HTP and Rhodiola rosea.

Rhodiola rosea is a traditionally used adaptogenic plant and can help the body adapt to stressful situations.

Application and Recommended Intake

Side Effects / Tolerability
