Avoid intense midday sun. Apply before sunbathing. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially when sweating or after swimming and toweling dry. Apply sufficient sunscreen. Small amounts reduce the protective effect. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight. For this age group, use protective clothing and sunscreens with a high sun protection factor (SPF over 25).
