UROLIND® BLASEN RELAX contains valuable flavonoids from the leaves of Icelandic Angelica herb, which has been used in Icelandic folk culture for over 1000 years, and a proven extract from pumpkin seeds, thanks to the Angelica leaf extract. Urolind® BLASEN RELAX thus supports normal urinary flow and promotes bladder health in women and men.

DOSAGE:
Recommended from 18 years of age. It has proven effective to take 1 capsule 2 times daily for the first two weeks. Thereafter, 1–2 capsules per day over a longer period. If you experience frequent urination during the day, take the capsules in the morning or during the day. If your night's rest is disturbed by multiple toilet visits, take them in the evening before going to bed.

PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PREGNANCY AND LACTATION:
So far, there are no indications of problems when taken by persons under 18 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation. However, due to insufficient data, use cannot be recommended at this time. If you still wish to take Urolind® BLASEN RELAX, please consult your doctor beforehand.
