Orthomol Pro junior is a food supplement for children with 6 selected microorganism cultures and vitamin C. The chewable tablets with strawberry flavor are easy to take and specially formulated for children.

One chewable tablet contains 5 × 10⁸ CFU of selected microorganism cultures.

The included microorganism cultures are produced using LAB2PRO™ technology. The special double coating technology ensures high stability of the cultures during storage and transport and protects them during passage through the gastrointestinal tract.

Ingredients

Isomalt, xylitol, sorbitol, selected microorganisms (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactococcus lactis; contain milk and soy), microcrystalline cellulose, fructooligosaccharides, flavor, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), magnesium salts of fatty acids, maltodextrin, mannitol, xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, trehalose.

Trehalose is a glucose source.

Side effects and tolerability

Excessive consumption of the contained sugar substitutes may have a laxative effect. If you have a known allergy or intolerance to milk, soy or any of the other ingredients, the product should not be taken.
