Recommended intake – how to take Orthomol Immun Direct Granules

Place 1 sachet (= 1 daily serving) directly into the mouth daily. No water is needed.

• Preferably take with or after a meal.

• Let the granules dissolve in the mouth and then swallow.

• The contents of a sachet do not have to be taken all at once and can be divided into several smaller portions as needed.

Important notes

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

• Due to the high levels of individual vitamins, the total intake should be considered when taking other vitamin or mineral preparations at the same time.

Side effects and tolerability

Excessive consumption of the xylitol contained can have a laxative effect. If you have a known allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken.
