ÖKOPHARM® L-Lysine Active Combination is a dietary supplement containing the essential amino acid L-lysine as well as selected vitamins, trace elements, and plant extracts. L-lysine cannot be produced by the body itself and must be regularly supplied through diet.

The formula combines 1 g of L-lysine per daily dose with vitamin C from acerola, beta-carotene as a vitamin A precursor, zinc, and selenium. Vitamin C, zinc, and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin A and riboflavin support the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. The formulation is supplemented with cistus extract and the Plantovir® formula.

Recommended Dosage

For adults, adolescents, and children aged 11 and over:

For daily supply:

• 10 ml (½ measuring cup) once daily

For increased demand (e.g., in summer or when skiing):

• 30 ml (1½ measuring cups) once daily for a maximum of 7 days

Shake well before use. The juice can be diluted with water if necessary.
