hafesan® Propolis is suitable for adults who want to specifically integrate propolis as a natural bee product into their daily diet.

Propolis is a resinous substance produced by honey bees. The bees obtain the raw materials, among other things, from plant resins and use propolis in the beehive to seal and protect their habitat.

Propolis naturally contains various plant ingredients, including secondary plant compounds.

What is propolis?

Propolis is also known as bee resin or bee glue. Honey bees collect resinous substances from plants and process them together with their own secretions and other components to form propolis.

In the beehive, propolis fulfills important protective functions. However, these properties cannot automatically be transferred to a health effect in humans. Therefore, no antibacterial, antiviral, or other disease-related effects are consciously promised for the food supplement.

Side effects and tolerability
