Beauty from within: hafesan® Beautyforte combines golden millet, silica, zinc, biotin and calcium – selected nutrients for skin, hair and nails.

What is the product for?

hafesan® Beautyforte is suitable for adults who want to specifically supply their skin, hair and nails with important nutrients – for example, in case of increased need or as a supplement to the daily diet.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Biotin supports the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

The formula is supplemented by golden millet extract and silica as a natural source of silicon.

Recommended intake

• Golden millet extract 10:1: 240 mg

• Calcium: 120 mg (15 % NRV)

• Zinc: 12 mg (120 % NRV)

• Biotin: 150 µg (300 % NRV)

Calcium citrate, silica, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), golden millet extract 10:1, zinc gluconate, biotin.

Side effects and tolerability

The product is generally well tolerated when taken as directed. In sensitive individuals, gastrointestinal complaints may occasionally occur.

Zinc can cause nausea, especially when taken on an empty stomach.

If there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, the product should not be taken. In case of unusual or persistent complaints, medical advice should be sought.
