Side effects and tolerability

When taken as directed according to the recommended intake, Berocca® Performance is generally well tolerated.

In sensitive individuals, dietary supplements with high-dose vitamins and minerals can occasionally lead to gastrointestinal discomfort.

Due to the B vitamins it contains, urine may temporarily turn an intense yellow. This discoloration is mainly due to riboflavin (vitamin B2) and is harmless.
