Alpinamed® D-Mannose + Biotin + Vitamin C Tablets

Food supplement with high-purity D-mannose, biotin and vitamin C to support during periods of increased bladder strain.

Alpinamed® D-Mannose + Biotin + Vitamin C tablets contain 4000 mg of high-purity D-mannose per daily dose, as well as vitamin C from acerola extract and biotin.

The practical tablet form is particularly suitable for on the go and can be taken without water. It is recommended for use as a supportive measure during increased bladder strain, for example due to cold, travel or stress.

Recommended Dosage

Adults and adolescents from 14 years of age:
Take 2 tablets 1–2 times daily.

The tablets can be allowed to dissolve in the mouth, chewed or swallowed with a little liquid.

Ideally, the last dose should be taken in the evening after the last toilet visit.

The recommended maximum daily dose must not be exceeded.

Side Effects

No side effects are known when the recommended dose is followed.

In rare cases, mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. In sensitive individuals, increased intake of D-mannose may have a laxative effect.
