Strepsils® Orange Sugar-Free Lozenges

Lozenges with flurbiprofen for pain relief and to fight inflammation in cases of severe sore throat and swallowing difficulties.

Strepsils® lozenges target the inflammation in the throat directly, which is often the cause of a sore throat. The active ingredient flurbiprofen penetrates deep into the inflamed tissue, acting as both a pain reliever and an anti-inflammatory.

A protective film forms in the throat area after just about 2 minutes. The effect lasts for up to 4 hours.

With a honey and lemon flavor.

Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.

Use and dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over:
Let 1 lozenge dissolve slowly in your mouth every 3 to 6 hours.

The maximum daily dose is 5 lozenges.

The product should not be used for longer than 3 days without medical advice.

Side effects

As with all medicines, side effects can occur, although they do not necessarily affect everyone.

Occasionally, the following may occur:

• Irritation or burning in the mouth and throat
• Nausea
• Stomach discomfort
• Dizziness
• Taste disturbances

Allergic reactions can occur rarely.

In the event of breathing problems, swelling, or severe skin reactions, medical help should be sought immediately.
