Euphorbium compositum-Heel® Nasal Spray is a homeopathic medicinal product for the treatment of rhinitis and sinusitis.
The nasal spray cleanses the nasal mucosa of crusts and secretions without irritating the mucous membrane. It prevents the nasal mucosa from drying out and supports clear nasal breathing.
What is Euphorbium compositum-Heel® Nasal Spray intended for?
Euphorbium compositum-Heel® is used for rhinitis and sinusitis.
It is a homeopathic combination remedy consisting of various individual homeopathic ingredients whose pharmacological profiles complement one another. The indications are derived from the homeopathic profiles of the ingredients.
The use of this product for the stated indications is based exclusively on homeopathic experience.
Indications
Rhinitis and sinusitis.
The medicinal product is used in adults, adolescents, and children from 2 years of age.
Dosage form
Nasal spray.
Dosage and administration
Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over: 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril 3 times daily.
In acute conditions: on the first day, 1 spray into each nostril every half hour to hour, up to a maximum of 8 times daily.
Children aged 6 to 11: 1 spray into each nostril 3 times daily.
In acute conditions: on the first day, 1 spray into each nostril every half hour to hour, up to a maximum of 6 times daily.
Children aged 2 to 5: 1 spray into each nostril 2 times daily.
In acute conditions: on the first day, 1 spray into each nostril every half hour to hour, up to a maximum of 4 times daily.
Frequency of use should be reduced as symptoms improve.
Method of administration
For nasal use.
Before first use, ensure that the safety seal is intact. Do not use the product if the seal is damaged.

Remove the protective cap.

Before using for the first time, pump several times until an even spray mist appears.

Carefully insert the spray nozzle into the nostril and pump according to the dosage.

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Clean the spray nozzle and replace the protective cap after each use.
Duration of use
If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.
Important information
In severe forms of the illness, clinically proven therapy is indicated.
If symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement within 7 days, a doctor should be consulted.
The medicinal product is intended for adults, adolescents, and children from 2 years of age.
Composition / Ingredients
100 g contain the following active substances:
Argentum nitricum D10 1 g, Euphorbium D4 1 g, Hepar sulfuris D10 1 g, Hydrargyrum biiodatum D8 1 g, Luffa operculata D2 1 g, Mucosa nasalis suis D8 1 g, Pulsatilla pratensis D2 1 g, and Sinusitis-Nosode D13 1 g.
Other ingredients: Sodium monohydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, purified water, and benzalkonium chloride.
Side effects / Tolerability
Like all medicines, Euphorbium compositum-Heel® Nasal Spray can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
