ÖKOPHARM® Skin, Hair & Nails is a food supplement with vitamins, minerals, as well as trans-resveratrol, hyaluronic acid, bamboo extract, and coenzyme Q10. The carefully coordinated combination supplies the body with important micronutrients to support skin, hair, and nails.

Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair. Selenium and zinc support the maintenance of normal nails. Vitamin C from acerola contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function. Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress. Recommended dosage

Adults:

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.), trans-resveratrol, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, bamboo extract, zinc gluconate, iron gluconate, sodium hyaluronate, calcium D-pantothenate, coenzyme Q10, beta-carotene, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, copper gluconate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, manganese gluconate, sodium riboflavin-5′-phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride, D-biotin, folic acid, cholecalciferol, sodium selenite.
