Omega-3 fatty acids for heart, brain and blood vessels

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids and perform important functions in the body. Particularly the fatty acids EPA and DHA are important for normal heart function and also support the brain and nervous system.

Since the body cannot produce enough omega-3 fatty acids on its own, regular intake is necessary. Dr. Böhm® Omega 3 complex contains highly concentrated fish oil with a particularly high proportion of EPA and DHA – four times more concentrated than conventional fish oil.

Coenzyme Q10

Coenzyme Q10 occurs naturally in the mitochondria, the "powerhouses" of the cells. Particularly active organs like the heart and muscles contain high amounts. The body's own production decreases with age.

Vitamin D

Among other things, vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E protects sensitive omega-3 fatty acids from oxidation and contributes to cell protection against oxidative stress.

Coldwater fish oil 1017 mg; of which Omega-3 870 mg; EPA 420 mg; DHA 330 mg; Vitamin D 5.0 µg; Vitamin E 6.0 mg; Coenzyme Q10 30 mg.

Free from lactose, yeast, gluten and pork gelatin.

Recommended Intake

Take 1 to 4 capsules daily, unchewed with some liquid, preferably with or after a meal.

Also suitable for a low-iodine diet.

The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded.
