ArmoLIPID® Woman 50+ is a specially developed dietary supplement for women aged 50 and over. The carefully selected combination of omega-3 fatty acids, red yeast rice, coenzyme Q10, folic acid, vitamin B6, and astaxanthin supports women during the hormonal changes of menopause.

Menopause can be accompanied by symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, fatigue, exhaustion, or mood swings. At the same time, cardiovascular risk changes. ArmoLIPID® Woman 50+ was developed to specifically support women during this phase of life.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, the normal functioning of the nervous system, and the regulation of hormonal activity, and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid supports normal homocysteine metabolism, which is important for cardiovascular health. Omega-3 fatty acids contribute to normal heart function with a daily intake of just 250 mg EPA and DHA. Coenzyme Q10 complements the formula as an endogenous substance with a high concentration in the heart muscle, while astaxanthin from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis serves as a natural antioxidant.

Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient water.

The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Side effects

Occasionally, gastrointestinal complaints or muscle pain may occur, especially in individuals with pronounced statin intolerance. If muscle pain or other health problems occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

ArmoLIPID® Woman 50+ must not be taken:

• during pregnancy and lactation,

• by children and adolescents under 18 years of age,

• by adults over 70 years of age,

• together with cholesterol-lowering medications,

• together with other products containing red yeast rice,

• when taking anticoagulant medicines or preparations (e.g. warfarin) simultaneously,

• together with other omega-3 preparations,

• or together with dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters.

Before taking, medical advice should be sought, especially in the presence of existing illnesses or regular medication intake.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Note: Each capsule contains 2.8 mg monacolins from red yeast rice. A daily intake of 3 mg or more monacolins from red yeast rice should not be exceeded.
