Similasan Sleep and Relaxation Drops are a homeopathic medicinal product for use in cases of sleep disorders, nervous exhaustion, and inner restlessness.

The drops contain the homeopathic active ingredients Avena sativa D1 and Passiflora incarnata D1.

The indications are derived from homeopathic drug profiles and are based exclusively on homeopathic experience. In case of severe symptoms, clinically proven treatment is required.

Indications

• Sleep disorders due to worry and mental overwork

• Nervous exhaustion states

• Inner restlessness and nervousness

• Tension states with internal cramping

• Tension headaches

Dosage and administration

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over:

30 drops per dose.

Children aged 5 to 12:

15 drops per dose.

For sleep disorders:

Take the appropriate single dose in the evening 1 to 3 times, at intervals of 15 minutes each.

For nervousness and tension states:

Take as needed several times a day, up to a maximum of 8 times a day.

Method of administration

Take the drops diluted with a little water and spread them over the oral mucosa using the tongue.

They can also be taken on an empty stomach.

Age recommendation

For adults, adolescents aged 12 and over, and children aged 5 and over according to the specified dosage.

Use in children under 5 years of age is not recommended due to insufficient data.

1 g of solution (equivalent to 60 drops) contains:

• 500 mg Avena sativa D1

• 500 mg Passiflora incarnata D1
