What is OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids intended for?
OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids is particularly suitable for children from 0 to 6 years of age whose intestinal microbiome is to be specifically supplemented during or after antibiotic therapy.
The product is particularly suitable:
-
for infants, toddlers, and preschool children during antibiotic therapy
-
for continued use after completion of antibiotic therapy
-
for the targeted supplementation of the child's intestinal microbiome
-
for the developing gut flora in early childhood
-
in cases of increased stress on the child's organism, for example in kindergarten and school
-
for digestive issues that may occur in connection with taking antibiotics
-
for children aged 0 to 6
A child's gut flora is still developing, especially in the first years of life. Diet, environment, infections, medications, and especially antibiotics can influence the composition of the intestinal microbiome.
Why can antibiotics affect a child's gut flora?
Antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections. However, in addition to disease-causing bacteria, they can also affect parts of the natural gut flora.
Especially in early childhood, when the intestinal microbiome is still developing, antibiotic therapy can temporarily alter the composition of gut bacteria.
In some children, digestive problems such as soft stools or diarrhea may also occur in connection with antibiotic therapy.
OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids combines 10 selected bacterial strains and can be taken during antibiotic therapy and continued afterwards.
Gut flora and the immune system in childhood
The gut and the immune system interact closely. A large part of immune activity takes place in the area of the intestinal mucosa.
Especially in the first years of life, the immune system continues to develop and comes into contact with numerous new microorganisms and environmental factors.
OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids serves to specifically supplement the child's intestinal microbiome with bacterial strains that occur naturally in the human intestine.
How does OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids work?
OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids contains a combination of 10 natural intestinal bacterial strains specifically tailored to children.
One serving contains at least 2.5 billion viable and reproductive bacteria.
The contained bacterial strains supplement the intestinal microbiome, especially during and after antibiotic therapy.
Due to the neutral taste, the powder can be easily stirred into suitable liquids or food.

Time interval from antibiotics
A time interval of at least 1 hour should be observed between taking the antibiotic and OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids.
This is to prevent the supplied bacteria from meeting the antibiotic directly.
If antibiotics are taken several times a day, OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids can be given between the individual antibiotic doses accordingly.
Child-friendly application
The individual sachets each contain 2.5 g of powder, allowing for simple and age-appropriate dosing.
Due to the neutral taste, the product can be easily stirred into suitable liquids or food.
For infants and young children, preparation and administration should be in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Important notes
OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD Kids does not replace necessary antibiotic therapy. A doctor-prescribed antibiotic should be given in accordance with the dosage and duration of treatment determined by the pediatrician.
Especially with infants and young children, care should be taken to ensure sufficient fluid intake in the event of severe or prolonged diarrhea, and pediatric advice should be sought early.
Medical clarification is required in the case of bloody diarrhea, high fever, severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, significant weakness, or signs of dehydration.
Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
Keep out of the reach of young children.
