ÖKOPHARM® Basen-Haushalt is a dietary supplement containing alkaline-donating minerals and selected trace elements. The formula was developed to supplement the daily supply of important minerals and is also suitable as a companion to a conscious diet or during a fasting cure.

The combination of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and trace elements such as zinc, iron, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, and molybdenum supports numerous metabolic processes. Calcium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, magnesium supports normal muscle function, and together magnesium and calcium contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Zinc also supports the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and nails.

Recommended Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over:

Take 2 capsules twice daily between meals with sufficient liquid.

A use over 3 to 6 months is recommended.
