Before sun exposure, apply one finger's worth of product to the face and neck. Reapply regularly to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure can be dangerous. Avoid direct sun exposure between 11 AM and 4 PM. Protect infants and young children from direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, t-shirt). Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Reducing this amount can significantly decrease protection.
