Apply generously before any sun exposure, e.g., 1 finger length of the product on the face and neck of an adult.
By reducing the amount, you significantly reduce the protective effect. Remember to reapply regularly, as some of the protective effect is lost through swimming, sweating, or drying the skin. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you have applied sunscreen. Excessive sunbathing is seriously harmful to health. Avoid midday sun between 11 am and 4 pm. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Use textile sun protection (sun hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with textiles if possible. Pre-treat stains, then wash in the machine at 30°C.
