Apply one finger-width amount of the product to the face and neck before sun exposure. Reapply regularly to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.
Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you have applied sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure can pose serious health risks. Avoid direct sunlight between 11 am and 4 pm. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight. Use protective clothing (sun hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with textiles if possible. Pre-treat stains and then machine wash at 30 °C.
Reducing the quantity significantly lowers the protection level.
