Luffeel® nasal spray is a homeopathic medicinal product for use in cases of allergic rhinitis, particularly hay fever. It is used for typical symptoms such as the urge to sneeze and itching.

What is Luffeel® nasal spray intended for?

Luffeel® is a homeopathic combination remedy composed of various individual homeopathic ingredients whose medicinal profiles complement one another.

The therapeutic indications are derived from the homeopathic medicinal profiles. Use for these indications is based exclusively on homeopathic experience.

Therapeutic indications

Allergic rhinitis, particularly hay fever.

The medicinal product is used in adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and older.

Dosage form

Nasal spray.

Dosage and administration

Adults, adolescents, and children aged 6 years and older: 1–2 sprays into each nostril 3–5 times daily.

In acute cases: every half hour to hour, a maximum of 8 times 1 spray into each nostril on the first day.

Children aged 2 to 5 years: 1 spray into each nostril 3–5 times daily.

In acute cases: every half hour to hour, a maximum of 6 times 1 spray into each nostril on the first day.

If symptoms improve, the frequency of use should be reduced.

Method of administration

For nasal use.

Ensure that the safety seal is intact before first use. Do not use the preparation if the seal is damaged.

1. Remove the protective cap.

2. Before the first use, pump several times until a uniform spray mist is produced.

3. Gently insert the spray nozzle into the nostril and pump according to the dosage.

4. Breathe in deeply through the nose.

5. Clean the spray nozzle and replace the protective cap after each use.

1 spray corresponds to approx. 0.12 g of solution.

Duration of use

If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.

Important information

For severe forms of the illness, clinically proven therapy is indicated.

If symptoms worsen or if there is no improvement within 7 days, a doctor should be consulted.

The medicinal product is intended for adults, adolescents, and children aged 2 years and older.

Composition / Ingredients

100 g contain the following active substances:

Luffa operculata D4 10 g, Luffa operculata D12 10 g, Luffa operculata D30 10 g, Histaminum D12 5 g, Histaminum D30 5 g, Histaminum D200 5 g, Sulfur D12 5 g, Sulfur D30 5 g, Sulfur D200 5 g, Thryallis glauca D4 10 g, Thryallis glauca D12 10 g and Thryallis glauca D30 10 g.

Other ingredients: Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, purified water and benzalkonium chloride.

Side effects / Tolerability

Like all medicines, Luffeel® nasal spray can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
