Nachtruh intens is the 3-phase tablet for faster falling asleep¹, restful sleep² and better sleeping through the night³ with 1.9 mg melatonin and Ashwagandha.

Thanks to the innovative 3-phase tablet, the ingredients are released quickly and for up to 8 hours, so Nachtruh intens not only helps you fall asleep faster¹, but also to sleep through the night better³ without interruptions. With 1.9 mg melatonin and plant extracts of Ashwagandha, valerian and lavender, a unique combination of ingredients is now available.

First, the ingredients of the immediate phase are quickly released, then those of the chrono phase, and finally, delayed and long-lasting for up to 8 hours, the substances of the depot phase are made available to the body.

IMMEDIATE PHASE: In this phase, 1 mg of melatonin and Ashwagandha are quickly released into the body.
DEPOT PHASE: The special composition of this phase ensures a long-lasting, delayed release of 0.9 mg of melatonin and valerian for up to 8 hours.
CHRONO PHASE: The ingredients contained in this phase, from valerian and lavender, are continuously released throughout the night.

One 3-phase tablet contains: 1.9 mg melatonin, 120 mg Ashwagandha root and leaf extract (of which 42 mg withanolide glycosides), 270 mg valerian root extract, 100 mg lavender flower extract (10 mg of which linalool)

¹) Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect of melatonin occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime. Ashwagandha supports falling asleep.
²) Valerian helps maintain sleep and promotes relaxation. Lavender supports recovery and contributes to better sleep.

Ingredients:
Fillers (calcium phosphates, cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), valerian root extract (5-6:1), Ashwagandha root and leaf extract (40:1), lavender flower extract (10:1), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose), colorants (copper complexes of chlorophylls, iron oxides and iron hydroxides), stabilizer gum arabic, coating agent polyethylene glycol, melatonin.

Recommended dosage:
Swallow 1 tablet whole with some liquid 30 minutes before bedtime.
