To supplement magnesium requirements in case of insufficient intake through diet and drinking water.

Indications

For use in:

• Proven or suspected magnesium deficiency

• Increased demand, e.g., during physical exertion

Product Features

• Mineral supplement with highly bioavailable magnesium compounds

• Supports electrolyte balance

• Suitable for short-term and long-term use with normal kidney function

Application

Adults and adolescents 14 years and older:

• 1–2 film-coated tablets 3 times daily

Children 10–14 years:

• 1 film-coated tablet 2–3 times daily

Children 6–9 years:

• 1 film-coated tablet 1–2 times daily

Children under 6 years:

• Not recommended

Method of administration:

• Swallow tablets whole with sufficient water

• Preferably take before meals

Duration of application:

• Recommended: approximately 4 weeks

• Longer use possible with normal kidney function

Important notes

• Caution in case of impaired kidney function

• Do not use in case of severe renal insufficiency

• Excess magnesium is excreted by the kidneys

Composition

Active ingredients:

• 436.8 mg magnesium citrate nonahydrate (trimagnesium dicitrate nonahydrate)

• 165.4 mg magnesium L-glutamate tetrahydrate

• equivalent to 60 mg magnesium (2.5 mmol) per film-coated tablet

Other ingredients:

• Potato starch

• Glycerin 85%

• Povidone K25

• Macrogol 6000

• Macrogol 3350

• Magnesium stearate

• Poly(vinyl alcohol)

• Hypromellose

• Talc

• Titanium dioxide (E171)

• Silicone defoamer
