If you are unsure, please ask your doctor, dentist or pharmacist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003e Adults and children aged 6 years and older (if they are able to gargle without swallowing) use Hexoral as follows:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003eIn the morning and evening, rinse the mouth or gargle the throat with 1 tablespoon of undiluted Hexoral solution for about ½ minute. For individual inflamed areas, the solution can also be applied directly with swabs. Swallowing the solution should be avoided.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003e Younger children aged 3 to 6 years may only be treated with Hexoral under medical supervision. Dab the affected areas morning and evening after meals with a cotton swab soaked in Hexoral (do not wipe or rub).\u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cbr\u003e\n \u003cstrong\u003eElderly patients\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n There are no special dosage recommendations for elderly patients.
