Studies have shown that fluoride can be incorporated and minerals newly formed, both under laboratory conditions and in vivo. \u003cbr\u003e\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n  This increases the strength of the tooth enamel. elmex® dental gel reduces the metabolism of bacteria that cause plaque. Rinse briefly after 2 to 3 minutes. The entire application time (brushing and exposure time) should not exceed 5 minutes. Best used before bedtime. \u003cbr\u003e\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n  For optimal effect, nothing should be eaten or drunk for 15 to 30 minutes after application. More frequent use is determined by the dentist.
