Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChronic venous disease (venous insufficiency):\u003cbr\u003e\n  The recommended dose for adults is two film-coated tablets daily, preferably one\u003cbr\u003e\nfilm-coated tablet at lunchtime and one film-coated tablet in the evening, each with meals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease consult your doctor or pharmacist if you do not feel better or even worse after 6 weeks of taking Dioscomb to treat the symptoms of chronic venous disease.\u003cbr\u003e\n  If you need to continue taking Dioscomb, the duration of your treatment will be decided by your doctor. Acute hemorrhoidal symptoms:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe recommended dose for adults for the first 4 days of treatment is 3 film-coated tablets twice daily (6 tablets per day). For the following 3 days, the dose is 2 film-coated tablets twice daily (4 tablets per day). The dose for maintenance treatment is 1 film-coated tablet twice daily.
