These have pain-relieving and fever-reducing effects.\u003cbr\u003e\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n  ADOLORIN Ibuforte DIREKT 400 mg oral suspension is used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and\/or fever in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older, weighing 40 kg or more.\u003cbr\u003e\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n  If you do not feel better or even worse, and if for adolescents the use of this medicine is required for more than 3 days, or for adults in case of pain for more than 4 days or fever for more than 3 days, consult your doctor. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eHow to use ADOLORIN Ibuforte DIREKT 400 mg oral suspension?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n  Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.\u003cbr\u003e\n  \u003cbr\u003e\nThe lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest duration necessary to relieve symptoms. If you have an infection, consult a doctor without delay if symptoms (e.g. fever and pain) persist or worsen (see section 2).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe recommended dose is:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n  Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over with a body weight of 40 kg or more:\u003cbr\u003e\n  The initial dose is 400 mg ibuprofen (1 sachet). If necessary, this dose can then be administered every 6 to 8 hours.
